📦 Returns

• Eligibility for Return:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return.
• Non-returnable items:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review and approve eligible returns.
  4. You may be required to ship the product back (in original condition) or arrange pickup if available in your area.

💸 Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).
• In case of partial returns or promotions, only the actual paid amount will be refunded.

🔁 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• To exchange an item, follow the return process and request a replacement during your communication with our support team.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
• In case of abuse of return policy, future return requests may be declined.
